another set of cards that focused on using larger sized ribbon, sentiment placement, and CAS-style embellishing.

even though all 3 cards are pretty good on their own merits, I think I liked the red, white and blue thank you card the most. the print on the ribbon was a good accent but didn’t overwhelm what I was trying to achieve with the red, white and blue layers

I’m finding that designing and printing small sentiments using my laser printer seems to be easier to use in cardmaking. . . more consistent, not as messy, and I can print out a whole sheet of different sentiments/designs/layouts than buying new stamps or making a mess with my ink . . . and boy, I can make a mess . . . yeah . . . this is definitely a learning process
