granted, these cards are clearly for boys (child/teen), but making masculine cards that a guy would give isn’t easy. for this series, I experimented with various printed paper combinations and stuck with my favorite palette of browns and greens.
I think they’re still too “cute” for an adult male, but I’ll get there. I guess I’m just not ready to give up the kawaii cuteness factor in my cardmaking yet.
I used one of the greeting farm digital stamps – skin coloring was photoshopped, but every other element of the stamp was coloured in by hand using my copics after I print/cut from my silhouette cameo. I particularly enjoyed making my own sentiments in MS Word.
Great cards Tery! I make a lot of masculine and little boy cards, but I can’t seem to get the teen cards. You nailed it! I love the papers you used, too.
