this is a super cute digital stamp called Saluting Marci Digi Stamp from la-la land crafts. their designs require a bit more skill than I have for colouring at this time, but I’m working on it and I just love their work! the original stamp had the little girl holding an american flag, but I messed it up and had to cover up my mistake with a red heart!
