where it all goes
financial donations, services, materials, or in-kind gifts collected for our work benefits one of our creative arts, wildlife habitat, or permaculture programs (we’ll specifically call them out in our annual reports).
each year, we agree on what projects will help us accomplish the objectives of our mission and purpose. we are a 100% volunteer organizaton so we don’t get paid anything, we don’t keep anything, nor do we personally profit in any material or financial way. (see above about karma)
specifically, donations, grants, annuities, or other funding sources go towards the following:
- art supplies, postage, and packaging for our creative arts workshops,
- kiosk transportation & maintenance to help sell our work at arts & crafts fairs,
- planning & production of virtual tours and educational videos (permaculture instruction videos, self-reliance demonstration videos, native local wildlife videos, virtual tours of forests) that may require equipment, transportation, personnel, and supplies
- compliance costs (forest management planning, local state/county compliance)
- administrative costs (federal and state non-profit registration, licensing, legal, and accounting fees),
- infrastructure costs (maintenance of website, office equipment, workshop & equipment, related transportation, and other structures directly related to our mission)
